Chef Erin Land


I am Culinary Arts Instructor Chef Erin Land. I graduated with an Associates in Applied Science in Culinary Arts  and went on to complete my Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management  from The Art Institute of Houston. I have over 15 years of experience in the food service industry including holding the position of Executive Chef for a local Houston catering company and running a local children’s cooking school. I grew up in Katy and currently reside there with my husband and pets.
