GRAPHIC DESIGN

 

I am a native Houstonian and an alumni of SBISD. I earned a BFA in Illustration at Maryland Institute College of Art. After the birth of my daughter, our family moved to Kristiansand, Norway for four years, and now we are back in Houston.

In my career as a graphic designer, I have had the opportunity to work in small design firms, international advertising agencies, an in-house communications departments in addition to having my own graphic design business.

Because of the current advances in technology in education, it is an exciting time to be teaching design. I hope to bring my passion for ideas and the creative process to students at the Guthrie Center.
