CULINARY ARTS

After graduating with a Master's in Teaching from my hometown in Boston, MA, I spent several years as an educator learning how to develop my craft as a teacher. I love being an educator and have always felt that I was born to be in this field. I've honed my skills in classroom instruction, curriculum development, and creating engaging experiences. 

However, at a young age I developed a culinary passion from a family deeply rooted in the food industry. This led me to move to Houston to pursue training from the Culinary Institute of Lenôtre specializing in baking and pastry arts. 

Today, I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to merge two of my passions together at an incredible educational institution whose motivation is its students. I strive to bring a diverse background and expertise to our culinary arts program. Whether it’s teaching the fundamentals of cooking or sharing the intricate details of pastry arts, I’m committed to inspiring and nurturing the next generation of culinary talent. I look forward to embarking on this flavorful journey!
